Include children up to the age of 30 and parents over the age of 55 , ensuring your dependents receive the same Grenada citizenship benefits as you.
Citizens of Grenada, moreover, don’t pay any foreign income, wealth, or inheritance taxes on their worldwide wealth.
To apply for the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Programme, you must fulfill ONE of the following investment options, as well as meeting other requirements:
The first Citizenship by Investment option involves an NTF donation of $235,000 for you as the main applicant and up to 3 dependents, and $25,000 for any extra dependent.
Additionally, you and your family members also pay application fees of $1,500 per application. Furthermore, there are due diligence fees of $5,000 for you, $5,000 for your spouse, and $5,000 for dependents aged 17 +. Moreover, there are additional $1,500 processing fees for those over 18 and $500 for those under 18.
To qualify for the property option, you either buy a $220,000 share in an approved real estate project or invest $350,000 in such a project. In either case, the real estate unit must be held for at least 5 years from the date you receive your Grenada citizenship.
Moreover, you also pay government fees of $50,000 for a family of up to 4 and $25,000 for every additional dependent if buying a share. Likewise, the other property investment option requires the same amount for government fees.
In addition, there are supplementary application fees of $1,500 per person, as well as due diligence fees of $5,000 for everybody aged 17+, and $1,500 processing fees for those over 18 and $500 for those under 18.
The Grenada Citizenship by Investment Programme requires you to renew your passport every 10 years.
Additionally, becoming a Grenadian citizen gives you access to China and eligibility for an E2 Investor Visa after residing in the country for 3 years.
We begin our process with Form 1, but of course. This enables us to apply the initial RIF Trust due diligence. Following this, we will supply you with a Client Agreement (CA) to review and sign.
After receiving the signed agreement and retainer payment, our case processing team will complete all necessary government forms and collate supporting documents. If you invest in real estate, at that point, you will need to execute a sales and purchase agreement with the property developer. We will then liaise with the property developer and the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Committee (CBIC) on your behalf.
Prior to the submission of your documents, we examine your application to ensure your file complies with the CBIC’s requirements. Once we complete this review, we then submit the relevant forms.
The CBIC undertakes its own due diligence and review all your paperwork. Throughout this stage, we will continue to work closely with them.
The CBIC scrutinizes your application. Once this receives approval, you make all obligatory contributions and pay any related government fees.
Following this step, you can apply for a Grenadian passport which will mean you will no longer have to concern yourself with visa requirements when travelling. Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) matters will also be a less of a worry for you after you become one of the Grenada passport holders.
